Prize Giveaway Rules
The Website Redesign Survey Prize Giveaway is sponsored by Gonzaga University (referred to as “Sponsor” in this document). Entries will be accepted starting Monday, April 14, 2014 and ending Friday, April 25, 2014 at midnight.
The prize giveaway is open to anyone age 15 and older entering in good faith. Good faith is defined as a) the entrant completed the Website Redesign Survey b) the entrant supplied a valid email address for which they have legal access to and rights to use and c) the entrant is factually and accurately representing his/her identity. Further, each entrant may only enter to win one time. Email addresses supplied by entrants will not be tied to survey responses.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, unreadable, misdirected or late submissions. With respect to the Website or Entry, Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
Gonzaga University Marketing and Communication Office (MarCom) will randomly select two (2) grand prize winners and three (3) runner-up prize winners from all entrants. Each grand prize will be a $200 Amazon.com gift card and runner-up prizes will be $50 ZagShop gift cards.
Winners will be contacted using they email address provided as their prize entry by the end of May 2014. Prizes are not negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
General Terms and Conditions
All prizes are non-transferable except by Sponsor. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other giveaway or offer. No substitution or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. The winners are not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of any prize. If any Giveaway prize notice or Giveaway prize is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner’s prize information provided is unintelligible, prize will be forfeited.
Any confusion of or disputes with these rules will be settled by members of the Gonzaga University Marketing and Communications staff. The rules of this giveaway may change if situations beyond Gonzaga’s control occur between now and the conclusion of this giveaway.
Rights of Use
By entering the giveaway, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that a) the entrant completed the Website Redesign Survey; b) the entrant supplied a valid email address for which they have legal access to and rights to use; and c) the entrant is factually and accurately representing his/her identity.
