Mail Services is a division of Plant & Construction Services located in the lower level of Crosby Student Center.

This is a full service mail facility providing services to Faculty, Staff and Students in a variety of ways. They are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There are regular pick-up and receivings from various agencies including:

United States Postal Service (USPS)
Delivery: 8:00 a.m. Pickup: 3:00 p.m.

United Parcel Service (UPS)
Delivery: 11:30 a.m. Pickup: 2:00 p.m.

Federal Express (FedEx)
Delivery: 11:30 a.m. Pickup: 3:00 p.m.

After 3 p.m. emergency outgoing mail could be taken to local business which have later services. To locate these businesses contact the mailroom or look on the appropriate website.

Mail Services is equipped to do international mail by the following methods: Express mail; Air mail; Parcel. They will assist you with the method that will meet the destination and your needs.

Mail Services accepts cash and checks only. They are not equipped to accept debit or credit cards.

Mail Services has available for purchase boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, envelopes, padded envelopes and packing tape. They can assist with your special services including: Express mail, certified mail with return receipt, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, and insured with return receipt. They are not equipped to do registered mail and merchandise receipt.
