As part of its ongoing efforts to better serve and respond to its customers throughout the University, ITS has formed an IT Project Management Office. Chris Gill, formerly Director of Desktop Support Services will operate the new office and serve as primary project manager for all major IT-related projects.
Initially the office will focus on managing IT projects and on creating and implementing communication tools to better inform the campus about current and upcoming projects, their timeframes, impacts, and status.
A web site for information about ongoing projects has been created so that you may track the progress of IT projects around campus. You may access this website by clicking on the link to the left.
