Below is a list of services which ITS provides to the Gonzaga community. Clink on the link below for more information. If you don't find what you're looking for, the Help Desk is available for any questions you may have.

Barney and Betty
This web server handles student personal web pages, student organization pages, technical resource pages, and some faculty and staff web pages. It also contains the student and faculty email directory.

Blackboard
Blackboard helps faculty tie in online resources with the classroom experience. With Blackboard, students can receive announcements from professors, locate homework, and even discuss material with other students online.

Computer Labs
Gonzaga has twelve main computer labs available for student use on campus. Some are open to certain groups of students and others are available for anyone to use. The AD243 Microcomputer Lab is open for unrestricted access to all students 24-hours per day.

Foley Library
Foley Library houses over 300,000 volumes of books, over 500,000 pieces of microfilm and some 1,300 subscriptions to journals and magazines. Coupled with an online databases and a catalog search, the information you need is at your fingertips.

Help Desk
If you are having problems connecting to the network or can't seem to remember your Gonzaga account password, the help desk is there to assist.

Listservs
Gonzaga faculty and student organizations can use the listserv to create mailing lists for sending announcements over email.

Software Training and Resources
Instructional Technology Support Services (ITSS) conducts in-house PC software training in the university's ACTLAB (Academic Computing and Technology Lab) facility located in the Foley Center Library.

Web Services
Web Services provides support and training for users wanting to edit the Gonzaga website with CMS. Additionally, support is offered to faculty desiring to change their personal web pages in the Archimedes system.

ZagMail
Each student on campus receives a Gonzaga email address and students can conveniently check their email from the web using the Zagmail system.

Zagweb
Zagweb is Gonzaga's web information system. Zagweb allows students, employees, and alumni access to several areas of information from registering for classes, viewing payroll and benefits information, to finding fellow classmates.
