ZAGFit Program
We create and sustain healthy lifestyles by making one conscious, positive choice after another, day after day. How do your choices measure up? The ZAGFit Wellness Program is designed to recognize benefits-eligible faculty, staff and administrators who make the extra effort to take actions to best ensure health and fitness.
The ZAGFit program for 2008 - 2009 began October 1, 2008 and ended May 8, 2009. To be eligible for the program incentives eligible employees must have completed the following five ZAGFit components during the program period:
1) Health Quotient (Personal Health Assessment )
2) Be Smoke/Tobacco Free
3) Preventive medical checkup within the last 12 months
4) Knowledge of personal health statistics
5) Participate in two different approved Wellness Committee activities.
By participating in the ZAGFit Wellness Program and completing the activity form by the established deadline, you will be rewarded– not only with good health and well-being– but there are added incentives-$75 and a FREE ZAGFit t-shirt.
