The President approves major personnel policies consistent with University objectives, and may seek the Board of Trustees' advice and approval at his discretion.
Policies: The Vice President for Administration & Planning, with the assistance of the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, develops recommendations for Presidential consideration and approval.
Procedures: The Vice President for Administration & Planning, through the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources develops procedures to implement approved policies.
