Program Assistant III Nursing Recruiting


Assists Chairperson, faculty, advisory board and general public with information and/or reports in different areas of nursing. Provides general clerical support to Chairperson and supervisor.

Medical Assistant Health Center Recruiting


Perform duties required to assist health care professionals, in the examination and treatment of ambulatory patients such as preparation of patient and environment for treatment, conducting basic laboratory tests, care of the patient post-treatment, patient education and clerical reception functions.

Nurse Practitioner Health Center Recruiting


Provide primary health care to students and staff/faculty (if injured on the job). Serve as First Aid to alumni and families of Gonzaga University. Primary health care is defined as either or both of two components:The care the consumer receives at the point of contact with the health care system.The continued care of the individual as a health care consumer. The care is two-dimensional:Identification, management and/or referral of the health problems. The maintenance of the consumer’s health by means of preventive and promotion health care action (from The Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner, American Nurses Association, 1980).

Development Assistant III University Relations-Development Research & Information Services Recruiting


Maintain biographical information on constituent and organization records in the Alumni-Development module of the BANNER database. Assist the University’s Gift Accountant to help ensure timely processing and acknowledgement of gifts. Research lapsed gift society memberships and generates letters accordingly. Develop ad-hoc reports as needed (reports, labels, merge files, etc). Provide back-up support in the area of gift acknowledgment. Assistant Professor Nursing Recruiting


The Department of Nursing invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor commencing September 2009. The department is within the School of Professional Studies, and offers a CCNE accredited undergraduate BSN program and six post-licensure and graduate programs.
