Innovation Nomination

The EVP welcomes nominations for any member of the EVP division who has demonstrated outstanding innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Program Guidelines

1. All employees in the EVP Division are eligible to participate.
2. An employee may nominate a colleague who:
   

   (a) has suggested a new practice that promises to improve institutional effectiveness, efficiency or
        financial performance, or
   (b) has implemented a new practice that has improved institutional effectiveness, efficiency or financial performance.

3. Nominations will be submitted through the on-line form filled out below.
4. At each EVP “All Hands” meeting, the EVP will randomly select five employees for a $200 reward (Visa gift card).
