Priority Tiers

Gonzaga recognizes that all documents cannot be updated into accessible formats immediately.  Please prioritize your work using the priority tiers below with Tier 1 being the highest priority.

Priority Tier 1 (Top Priority):

  • Class documents for courses with students requiring accommodations
  • Syllabi
  • Newly created documents
  • Staff: documents for use external to the department - like students or other departments
  • Any front-facing, publicly available documents
  • Any document that gets updated

Priority Tier 2:

  • Internal department documents that are presented, displayed, or sent to others electronically
  • Older documents that remain in active use

Priority Tier 3:

  • Borrowed documents (external to GU)
  • Archived documents
