Gonzaga University Policy on Reasonable Accommodation
for Students with Disabilities

No student shall, on the basis of a disability, by excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subject to discrimination under any University program or activity. Gonzaga University is committed to providing qualified students with a disability an equal opportunity to access the benefits, rights and privileges of its services, programs and activities, in an accessible setting appropriate to students' needs, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Washington State Laws.

Individuals who feel that they may have been denied rights based upon a disability are encouraged to contact DREAM. Information and assistance on how to file an informal complaint or formal grievance with the University or with federal and state agencies is available.

Incidents which have occurred more than 120 days prior to making the complaint may or may not be given consideration.

A student's right to prompt and equitable resolution of a complaint shall not be impaired by the student's pursuit of other remedies such as the filing of a Section 504 or Title III complaint with the responsible federal/state departments or agencies. These agencies are as follows:
