This website is intended exclusively for non-commercial use by Gonzaga University alumni and administrators. Businesses or individuals using this website for commercial purposes without Gonzaga University's express, written permission act at their own risk of legal consequence. Gonzaga University will enforce its rights and copyrights under the law to protect this community.

FAQs
Who can access the site?
Only registered alumni may gain access to the website. Visitors from outside the community of Gonzaga alumni may not enter.

What if I don't want to participate or wish to control what personal information appears?
The site is fully customizable. Certain alumni may not want any information, except their name to show. Those alumni may use our quick, easy opt out form to remove all personal information from the site. Other alumni may wish to customize what information is available. From within the site, users are able to turn groups of information on and off. For instance, you might show your home e-mail and phone number, but not your address, or perhaps you don't want any business information to show. How much information others can view about you is completely your decision.

What information will be automatically included?
Even though all alumni will be automatically included unless they choose to opt out, privacy is still a major concern. The name, class year and major will be automatically included. Alumni will then set the public/private flags to indicate which additional information will be viewable to others.

What if I have already asked Gonzaga to keep my information confidential?
Many alumni, especially graduates of the Law School have asked the Registrar's Office to keep their information confidential. Those alumni will automatically be opted out of the program. If they choose to participate, they can do so by registering. In this case, they may choose to customize which information can be viewed by others to meet their needs. Note - Gonzaga University treats all alumni information as confidential and does not release any information, except as required by law or with the consent of the alumnus.
