In order to submit a proposal to the IRB you must fill out(1) the appropriate cover sheet and (2)the full application. Submit these documents to Dr. Deborah Booth, boothd@gonzaga.edu, AD Box 25. (Electronic submissions are encouraged). Please see the meeting dates for Academic Year 2008-09 listed below. Applications received two weeks in advance will be reviewed.
