Scheduling

Our department schedules majority of the classrooms and multi-purpose spaces on Gonzaga's campus for any type of event. We schedule events primarily for students, faculty, and staff; as well as a small number of outside groups. Reservations are made based on the order in which the initial requests come in. There are a few spaces around campus that Campus Services does not reserve. If you have questions about who to contact for these rooms, call our scheduling office and we would be happy to give you the correct contact information.
