Hosted Events
The Bozarth Mansion is utilized by over 200 groups a year. The facility is equipped to host any of the following events:
- Weddings/Receptions
- Business Meetings
- Retreats
- Family Reunions
- Luncheons
- Christmas Parties
Rehearsals: You may schedule a one (1) hour rehearsal time prior to your event for an additional fee. However, due to high demand for Bozarth, we may not be able to accommodate you at your ideal time (i.e. the night before your event). Rehearsals are usually conducted on Thursday evenings. To avoid charging you for something you may not receive, we assess a separate rehearsal fee rather than including it in the basic facility rental fee.
Overnight Retreat Accommodations: Bozarth may accommodate up to 17 overnight guests in the mansion and 45 in the residence hall for retreats. Included in the Event Guide is a floor plan to assist you in assigning rooms. Bed linens and towels are provided. The Bozarth Staff will direct you to the bedrooms you may use during your stay. Overnight accomodations for weddings are only available for weddings that are on a Sunday and check out on Monday morning.
