National Student Clearinghouse (Deferment and Verification)
Gonzaga University is contracted with the National Student Loan Clearinghouse (NSLC) to verify enrollment for deferment of FFELP loans (Stafford, SLS, PLUS, and C.L.). Enrollment information is sent electronically to the NSLC approximately every 30 days or once a month.

••Students now have the option to access the National Student Clearinghouse directly from ZAGWEB. This free service allows students to perform a wide range of enrollment verification activities through the Web such as printing enrollment verification certificates (current or all enrollment) for insurance purposes, capabilities to view enrollment history status, ability to check enrollment verifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to student service providers, ability to view student loan deferments, and providing a link to real-time information on student loans••
After entering the secured area of ZAGWEB, click on "Student & Financial Aid" and on "National Student Clearinghouse." You can enter the Clearinghouse site with your social security number or Gonzaga ID number and PIN information.
