CHER(Community Health Education and Resources) – Tobacco Free Program. Free classes for people who want to quit. Locations throughout Spokane. Options for those not ready to take a class. Separate classes available for Teens and Adults. Call for a schedule and to register 232-8138.

Washington's Tobacco Quit Line: It's your call! 1-800-784-8669. Trained cessation specialists, free one-on-one counseling and referrals to local resources. Plus customized quitting plans, all proven techniques to help you succeed.
