Rental Fees Wedding/Reception
  • Deposit: $500
  • Wedding/Reception: $1500 for 12 hours (11a-11p, 10a-10p)
  • Rehearsal: $75 for 1 hour
  • 6 hour Block: $750

Other Parties

  • Deposit: $300
  • Minimum 4 hours: $600
  • Additional hours: $100/hour

Business Meetings

  • Deposit: $150
  • 4 hour minimum: $300
  • Additional hours: $75/hour

Retreats and Reunions:

  • Deposit:$500
  • Monday-Thursday: $250/day + $25/guest/night
  • Friday-Sunday: $500/day + $25/guest/night
  • Rates may vary depending on number of guests
  • Any amount over 24 hours is charged an additional $100
  • A/V Equipment: Rental fee of $100 will be charged

Reservation/Damage Deposit:

Refundable after event if facility is clean and vacated on time.

Overnight Accommodations:

Mansion: 17 people

Dorm: 48 people
