Game Protest

I. Protests can only be made when concerning player eligibility and/or misinterpretation of a game rule by the officials which directly effects the outcome of the game.
II. Protests may not be made about any judgment calls made by the officials.
III. Game official scorekeeper must be notified that the game will be under protest. This will be noted on the score sheet.
IV. Protests must be made in writing and submitted to the Intramural office within 24 hours after the contest. Protests must have the date, game time, teams playing, and reason for protest.
V. The Intramural department will make the final decision on all protests within10 days.
VI. Protests not following the above procedures(II - IV) will not be considered.
