MAJ Smiley Bio
MAJ Scotty Smiley attended the United States Military from 1999-2003 with a BS in Engineering Management. On May 31, 2003 he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Infantry Branch of the United States Army. Following his commissioning and Officer Basic Course he was married to Tiffany Elliott on the 20th of December that same year. They now have two wonderful sons ages 5 and 3.
