Please fill out the following information. Note that you cannot save a partially completed application. We recommend that you review the essay question, compose your essay on a Word document, and paste your completed essay into the application form before making an online submission.

This application will give us a more complete picture of you and your abilities beyond grade point averages and standardized tests. There are no “wrong” answers to the questions, so please be honest.

The following items are needed to complete your application:

Completed Application for Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (below) by February 1.
We will access your admissions file for your letters of recommendation, transcripts, and test scores.
You must also submit an Application for Admission to Gonzaga University by February 1. Your admission to the Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program is contingent upon timely and successful admission to the University.

Once your completed application is on file, the Hogan Program admissions committee will evaluate your application. Applicants selected for the second round of evaluation will then be scheduled for a telephone interview. Please note that the majority of correspondence will be by email.

Co-curricular Activities

Essays

Identify a failure you have experienced in creating a new venture, organization, or initiative -- in a job, in school, during an activity, etc. Write a one-page essay in which you analyze the causes of this failure and what you learned in the process.
