Seize the Summer at Gonzaga!
Registration is well underway, and classes are starting to fill. Is Summer Session part of your academic plan? Then now is the time to act!
Make the most of summer with work, friends, family — and summer classes, too!
Gonzaga University offers courses in three Summer Sessions — two 6-week sessions and one 12-week session. For 2009, Summer I runs from May 18 to June 26, Summer II runs from June 29 to August 7, and Full Summer runs from May 18 to August 7.
Summer is a great time to catch up — or get ahead — on requirements. The summer schedule allows you to focus on just one or two courses at a time, or you could take an elective in a field you never considered before. Because summer classes are typically smaller than those during the academic year, you’ll enjoy a more personalized learning experience and more interaction with our outstanding faculty.
And Summer Session courses aren’t just for Gonzaga students. Classes are open to students enrolled at other colleges and universities, as well as those from the community who value lifelong learning.
Courses spanning the curriculum are offered at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. Most Summer 2009 courses are already posted Zagweb, so take a look. And check back often — courses continue to be added.
Undergraduates, take advantage of the tuition discount! Cost per credit is nearly 30 percent less than during the academic year. See Facts & Figures for details.
You could be qualified for financial aid. Visit the Summer Financial Aid page to find out more.
