How to login to Indexes and Databases from off-campus

To access Indexes and Databases you will be asked for your user name and password. This should be the same as your login to ZagMail or Blackboard. If you have not received this information, please call the computer help desk at 509-323-5550 M-F from 8:00-6:30. At other times, please call the Reference Desk at 509-323-5931.

The default login is:

• Username: your first initial and last name (no spaces).
• Password: If you have not changed it already,use your first initial, last initial and last 4 digits of your social security number. (total of 6 characters with no spaces).

Example: William Shakespeare

username: wshakespeare password: ws1234

Some common last names may require additional numbers

Example: William Johnson

username: wjohnson4 password: wj2345
