Undergraduate Application Requirements
Following is a list of materials necessary to complete your application to Gonzaga University.  Please mark off the items once you complete them, and keep this checklist to make sure that you have sent us everything that is needed.

Non-Native English Speakers:

  • Completed Gonzaga UniversityUndergraduate Application. 
  • US$45.00 Application Fee. 
  • Proof of English Proficiency.  Either an official TOEFL score of at least 550 written/213 computer, OR a score of 3 or better on the APIEL test, OR completion of Freshman Composition & Speech classes equivalent to Gonzaga ENGL 101 & SPOC 101 with a B or better grade point average (for Transfer Students ONLY), OR satisfactory completion of Gonzaga University's English as a Second Language Program  (If you choose to attend the English Language Center, please indicate when you plan to attend in the designated section on the back of the application.) 
  • Official transcript(s) from every high school and college that you have attended. 
  • Completed Financial Declaration. 
    (Found on the back of the application or printed off the on-line application)
     
  • Original Bank Statement(s) that support(s) the information provided on the Financial Declaration.

Native English Speakers:

  • Completed Gonzaga University Undergraduate Application.
  • Official SAT or ACT score (optional). 
  • $45.00 Application Fee  (In U.S. Funds). 
  • Letter of Interest (essay): 250-500 word letter to the International Student Advisor, describing: 

                       1. Your interest in Gonzaga University

                       2. What you intend to study and why

                       3. Your future plans

  • Two letters of recommendation. 
  • Official transcript(s) from every high school and college that you have attended. 
  • Completed Financial Declaration. 
    (Found on the back of the application or printed off the on-line application)
     
  • Original Bank Statement(s) that support(s) the information provided on the Financial Declaration.
