ESL Online Application

**Important note: Before we can process your application and send your I-20, we must have these four items:

1. A completed ESL Application form (found below).

2. A $50.00 non-refundable application fee, payable online by clicking here.  If you would like your I-20 send DHL (express mail) please include an additional $55.00 DHL fee (also payable online) with your application fee. Otherwise your I-20 will be sent airmail.

3. A Financial Declaration signed by the person responsible for your educational expenses (see below).

4. A supporting bank statement in the name of the person who signed the Financial Declaration.
