At the 2008 Fall Faculty Conference, faculty participated in an exercise to assess and improve Campus Climate in which they answered the following two questions by posting note cards to the Wall under each of the seven tenets of Ignatian education. The questions were:
1. How do we, as faculty and as a university, already seek to participate in, shape, and improve campus climate, both within the classroom and especially outside the classroom.
2.What could we be doing to participate in, shape, and improve campus climate?
