Description

Successful project management has become a critical competency in most organizations. Today’s project managers and teams must deliver under increasing pressure. Organizing scarce resources, managing tight deadlines, controlling change throughout the project and generating maximum team performance are crucial aspects of effective project leaders.

Kay Bachman will deliver the key fundamentals for how every project should be managed. Joe Albert will demonstrate skills required when faced with leading the team. Group discussions and exercises will enhance the learning experience along with a live synopsis of a project sponsored and managed by the City of Spokane

Learn how to implement processes, develop leadership skills in others, and respond to unexpected needs and changes. This course will provide a strong knowledge-base and tools for successful project leadership.

This experience is also available for graduate credit ($2,130) or undergraduate credit ($2,430). Contact Angela Ruff at ruff@gonzaga.edu or 313-3572 for assistance.
