Description of this session:
Have you ever wondered what it means to go green? If you decided to go green, would you know where to start? What's the difference between going green and sustainability?
The most successful organizations integrate sustainability into all aspects of their operations. Sustainability isn't so much about what you do as how you do it and why. It addresses the financial, environmental and social aspects of what you do to ensure you're still going strong long into the future.
Come learn how to incorporate sustainability into your strategic planning efforts. You'll leave this workshop with an understanding of sustainability basics, a Logic Model showing how to employ sustainability to deliver the outcomes your stakeholders expect, and a better understanding of where your organization is along the road to sustainability.
Hosted by the NPL Partners: Leadership Spokane, Spokane County United Way, Inland Northwest Community Foundation, Avista Foundation, Gonzaga University
