Getting Results: The Kaizen Way

A Prescription for Life long Change

The Japanese concept of kaizen, small incremental steps, is a powerful tool for creating and sustaining lasting success in health, relationship, and work. Initially used in manufacturing as a process for enhancing quality, Toyota calls kaizen their "soul." It's essence is the power of very small steps to create innovative results. This program will present the uses of kaizen, in maximizing creativity in the work place, as well as applications to enhancing relationships and health. Many of the myths of sustaining excellence and success will be explored.

You can learn a pragmatic approach from Laura Asbell, Phd Psychologist and Lunell Haught, PhD Certified Management Consultant.

How to recognize an elephant in your room. How to teach it to work with you. If that doesn't work, how to let it out.
