A respected and trusted member of the community whose career has included leadership responsibility and high performance expectations is matched with you. Guidance provided for utilizing a mentor.


Practical Courses
Five highly interactive sessions giving focus to your leadership identity, effective communication, conflict management, developing subordinates, and implementing change.
