The Emerging Leader Program Features

Stretch Project Assignment
A strategically aligned initiative at your company that is likely to stretch your leadership and technical skills. 


Leadership Skill Assessment
A comprehensive survey requiring participation of your manager, subordinates, and peers which will identify your strength and challenge areas.


Experienced Mentor
A respected and trusted member of the community whose career has included leadership responsibility and high performance expectations is matched with you.   Guidance provided for utilizing a mentor.


Practical Courses
Five highly interactive sessions giving focus to your leadership identity, effective communication, conflict management, developing subordinates, and implementing change. 


Instructional and mentor sources are carefully selected from the Gonzaga network of faculty, doctoral students, and credible affiliates.

Class sessions are highly interactive, including scenario analysis and practical strategies for immediate application in these focus areas:
