Authentic Leadership: Relational Wholeness in the Workplace

The Relational Wholeness series is an opportunity for you to develop personal leadership skills with a focus in relationship dynamics. Learn how to develop personal autonomy, emotional maturity, creativity and hope in others to create a supportive and more productive environment. Discover ways to balance the paradoxes of individual-community and contemplation-action and be able to effectively reconcile dissonance.

The six-week series will be held at the St. Joseph Family Center on the following Tuesdays. Click here for directions.
- Feb. 12 – Intro/Overview: meaning of authenticity, human development, organizational development, the meaning of caring and relational wholeness
- Feb 19 - Meeting the Other: connecting experiences, establishing a mutual relationship, meeting practices
- Feb 26 – Responding in Community: relational power, communal circles seeking truth, engaging in dialogue
- Mar. 4 – Reconciling Dissonance: appreciation language, personal responsibility, recognizing dissonance, examining assumptions
- Mar 11 – Reconciling Dissonance: forgiveness
- Mar 18 - Transcendence: letting go, renewal, crafting new stories, covenants, opportunities for relational wholeness
Price is $450 per person; Group Rates: $800 for two people, $1000 for three or more people (groups don’t necessarily need to be from the same organization). All proceeds from the series benefit the St. Joseph Family Center. Light refreshments and all learning materials will be provided.
