Guidelines for author submissions:

The journal welcomes manuscripts both theoretical and research-based (in APA format), as well as essays and shorter pieces. The journal is peer-reviewed by an exceptional editorial board. All identifying information concerning author(s) should be restricted to the title page.  Include a brief one-paragraph bio for each author.  Except in cases of editor-invited manuscripts, submission of a manuscript to The International Journal of Servant-leadership implies the manuscript has not been published elsewhere, nor is it under consideration by another journal.
