1 . How do I use in-text citation to cite a dictionary entry?^

Cite the dictionary in-text the same as any other book.  (See APA 6, Sec. 7.02) 

APA Sec. 6.05 speaks to the issue of “Direct Quotations of Online Material Without Pagination.”

The URL can be used in lieu of a page number in the event you did a search of the term on the dictionary’s main web page.  Or, cite a hard copy of the dictionary instead of the online source.

2 . How do we cite a book from an e-reader like a Kindle?^
