Congratulations again on your acceptance to the Online Doctor of Nursing Practice program!
Please complete the following steps to accept or deny your admission to the online DNP program;
- Fill out the acceptance form to let us know of your intention to enroll, click here.
- Submit the Confirmaton Deposit for intended enrollment.
Follow these instructions to submit your $200 Confirmation Deposit. You will log into Zagweb and will pay using the CASHNet system.
Please submit your deposit no later than two(2) weeks from the date you receive your acceptance.
The confirmation deposit secures your place in the class and initiates course registration. This deposit is non-refundable unless the Director of Marketing and Recruitment receives a written cancellation and request for refund.
File the Free Application for the Federal Student Aid.
If you are enrolling for SPRING semester you will not be able to fill out your FAFSA until after January 1st of the year you intend to enroll.
In order to be considered for need based aid and/or student loans, you must file the FAFSA. To file the FAFSA: Log onto www.fafsa.ed.gov. Gonzaga's FAFSA Code is 003778
New regulations advise schools to check academic participation in online courses prior to disbursing funds as a way of preventing fraud. If you will be receiving loans please note that the loans will not be credited to your account until two weeks after the start of the semester. Your participation in classes will be monitored before loan disbursement can take place. Don’t worry- our Student Accounts office will be ready to disperse funds after you have completed your first two weeks and you will be able to begin classes on schedule. This is the case for all of our online students and you will not be penalized in any way. If your loans cover more than the cost of attendance, Student Accounts will then forward any refunds to you. To have your refund expedited to your bank account, please feel free to sign up for direct deposit via eRefund by visiting the Student Accounts webpage at www.gonzaga.edu/studentaccounts.
Send all final transcripts if applicable two weeks prior to class start date to the following address:

The transcript should cover all academic work and have a graduation date posted.
