Mary Brown earned an M.Ed in Counseling from Gonzaga University. She had been an educator for 32 years in the K-12 system before coming to Gonzaga. She holds certification as a teacher, counselor and principal and is the Director of the School Counseling Program.

Dr. Steve Koffman earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. He has been teaching for Gonzaga University since 1998. His primary area of research is in Geropsychology. Steve serves as the Director for site-based Masters programs in Canada.
