KPMG Day of Caring Fall 2013

The KPMG Day of Service is Gonzaga Beta Alpha Psi's longest running service event. Over 60 students and professionals visited Vinegar Flats Community Garden to help the organization get ready for it's annual fund raising event. Students participated in a variety of tasks such as gardening, setting up for the function, and excavating land for expansion.

This year's PwC Day of Service will be held in conjunction with the University of Montana's Beta Alpha Psi chapter this spring. In previous years we have worked in conjunction with Northwest Harvest, one of the largest distributors of food to Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Student participate every year in assisting with the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. Students took part in various functions: some taking photos for the organization, manning water stations and others helping out with the barbeque.

Students participate in a number of other service events throughout the school year, including the local Catholic Charities Chirstmas Party and our own Final Account Down tutoring event.

This year's Moss Adams Community Outreach Program will take place on April 18, 2015 in conjunction with Second Harvest, the region's leading hunger-relief organization. Student and professionals will be given the opportunity to network over lunch, followed by an opportunity to give back to the community by packaging food. In the past, Gonzaga students and Moss Adams professionals have worked with the Spokane Boys and Girls Club to help paint the club.
