Hello,

Whether you are new to the School of Business Administration or are a continuing follower of our school, I invite you to join me and the business school for our first annual Engaged Community Partners event.  The School of Business - students, faculty and staff - is committed to building an on-going relationship with you.  This event will be a first step in that process. It will allow you to learn more about who we are as a business school and what we are aspiring to be in our community.
 
Our current strategic plan has three values, one of which is:  “We will be active and engaged in our university and our community.” By working together (1) we can find ways that our business school can be involved in your business; (2) we can understand what obstacles there are to creating connections between your business and our school; and (3) we can discover new local businesses to reach out to and engage with.
 
The work we do as a business school is only possible with your collaboration and support.  It is my hope that this event will give us another opportunity to work together to find innovative ways that engage all members of our business school with our business community and its leaders.  The evening should be filled with interesting and informative conversations.  I hope you are able to join me.
