Brief Biography

Norm is the Entrepreneur in Residence for the Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program at Gonzaga University.  He is responsible for the Program’s co-curricular activities including student internships and mentorships, the annual Business Plan Competition, and the New Venture Lab (a student-run idea incubator).  He also teaches a senior business incubation class.  Norm has been a founder, officer, or director of several startup companies in software, system services and biotech over the past 25 years.  He is on the boards of directors for Inland Empire Oilseed, a biodiesel refinery in Odessa, WA, Pacific Research Associates, and the Spokane Angel Alliance.
