Economics Faculty
The importance of having a broad background in economics is increasingly recognized by organizations that confront problems requiring a knowledge of the domestic and international economic systems. Economists occupy a wide range of positions in profit and non-profit enterprises as well as in government. Acknowledging this level of importance, Gonzaga requires all MBA students to take MBUS 610: Economic Environment of the Firm.
Additionally, the following courses are offered periodically:
MBUS 610H Health Care Economics (3 credits).
MBUS 699 Special Topics on "Healthcare Economics: Global Perspectives," "Economics of Financial Crises" and "Sports Economics" (1-2 credit electives).
