The ethics certificate program addresses the increased need for ethical commitment in today's society and provides practical strategies that enable individuals and organizations to operate with integrity. This 6 credit program is designed for individuals in all fields who are committed to ethical business practices. The ethics certificate curriculum includes:

Fundamentals of Business Ethics: 2 units
Principle-Based Ethics: 1 unit

PLUS three of the following five courses:

Ethics in Human Resources: 1 unit
Ethics in Marketing: 1 unit
Ethics in Action: Workplace Behavior: 1 unit
Ethics & the Structure of Work: 1 unit
International Business Ethics: 1 unit

Students may begin the program during Fall, Spring, or either summer semesters.
Students must provide a plan to complete the program within two years.
Tuition for the program is $745/credit (09-10).
