Brief Biography

Mark joined the School of Business in 1987.  In 2007, he received one of the university’s initial Exemplary Faculty awards for excellence in teaching, research and university service.  He has a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and a Ph.D in Finance from Texas Tech University.  Mark’s published research has centered on personal and corporate investment decisions as well as financial education.  Mark teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Corporate Finance.
