Chinese Program for Grades 1-5th
Session I: Elementary School Students
This session is intended for beginning language learners, except for the continuation class, and in addition to language lessons, it will also include arts and crafts, games, singing, dancing, and other cultural activities.
The camp session will meet 3 hours per day, 9:00 to 12:00, Monday-Friday, for 3 weeks, beginning Monday, June 22nd and ending Friday, July 10th. There will not be class on July 3rd. The students will be divided into grades 2nd & 3rd, 4th & 5th, and a Continuation Class (2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th) for students who have had previous Chinese.
We will begin reviewing applications mid-to-late May. Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, we are unable to let you know if we have received one for your child, or if it is complete. We will, however, notify you if we need more information.
Cost: Due to federal funding, our elementary school program is offered at no cost.
