Advanced Topics in Communication

Seminar in Advanced Topics in Communication:
COML 513: Renaissance Rhetoric & Contemporary Leadership, 3 graduate credits
We invite you to immerse yourself in the Renaissance culture this summer with this course on the Gonzaga-in-Florence campus. Stroll down ancient cobblestone streets, enjoy a cup of espresso in a sidewalk cafe and engage in academic discussions with your classmates in ROME & FLORENCE, ITALY!
This course examines the rhetoric of the Renaissance period. In order to formulate the critical questions necessary to bring these ideas to our contemporary world, we will explore this subject through readings, discussions and on-site visits to historical settings in Florence, Siena and Rome.
