Jepson Center Addition

printer Printer Friendly
Below is the architectural rendering of the planned 23,000 square feet addition (outlined in blue) to the Jepson Center which will house

•the Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program
•Graduate School of Business
•Gonzaga Institute of Ethics
•computer lab
•six classrooms and seminar rooms
•faculty and staff offices

Lower Level:

New spaces will include a third computer lab, one large size classroom, one medium size classroom, and a small seminar room.

Main Level:

The Graduate School complex of offices will be located in the northwest corner of the new space. Two medium size classrooms and a tiered classroom, along with student workspaces for new venture labs are also on the main floor. A 14-foot wide atrium will serve as the hallway between the existing and new classrooms.

The existing student lounge will be reconfigured to reflect the circular architectural features of the building.

An expanded lobby will accommodate a greater number of students and ease the traffic flow between classes.

Upper Level:

Most of the new space on the upper level will be occupied by faculty offices. Gonzaga's Institute of Ethics will also be located on this level. The administrative offices of the Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, including a conference room, are located on the northeast corner of the new addition.

The atrium will encompass both main and upper levels with natural lighting from the roof.

School of Business friends and alumni are invited to contact Dean Barnes for naming opportunities in the new spaces and offices.
