GMAT Information

The GMAT is a standardized assessment required for applicants to the MBA & MAcc programs. The graduate school of business does not accept the GRE exam. The GMAT  is comprised of three sections: the Analytical Writing Assessment, the Quantitative Section, and the Verbal Section.

At www.mba.com you can download free GMAT Power Prep software, practice exams, and find a testing center near you.  You can also download a smart phone application here.  We recommend students take at least 3 complete practice exams online or on the CD-ROMs that come with some of the prep books. Note: Not all books come with CD ROMs. We highly recommend you buy a book with a CD-ROM or an online test bank.

Gonzaga's minimum GMAT requirement is a 500 for students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students with below a 3.0 must score proportionately higher on the exam to be eligible for admission. The average GMAT score for applicants is a 570. If you do not receive the score that you need to be admitted,  you must wait 30 days to retake it. We will use your best score for the admissions process.

Directions to Testing Center:
1. Start out going EAST on E Boone Ave toward N Addison St. (.05 miles)
2. E. Boone Ave becomes N Addison St (.07 miles)
3. Turn RIGHT onto E Sharp Ave. (.3 miles)
4. Turn RIGHT onto N Hamilton St. (.53 miles)
5. Merge onto I-90 E toward Coeur D'Alene (5.92 miles)
6. Take the Argonne Rd exit-Exit 287 (.34 miles)
7. Turn RIGHT onto N Argonne Rd (.22 miles)
8. Turn LEFT onto E Sinto Ave. (.06 miles)
9. End at 1410 N Mullan Rd Spokane Valley, WA
