Everyone has heard the old business adage "It's just business, it's nothing personal." At the Gonzaga Graduate School of Business, we challenge this notion, upholding a belief that business education should go beyond the dollars and cents. As our mission statement declares, "We are committed to creating leaders who possess solid analytical, critical thinking, communication and team-building skills, along with a strong sense of social justice." These attributes, which Gonzaga has sought to foster since its inception, are especially relevant given the recent financial crisis, which epitomized the consequences of short-term thinking and an ethically bankrupt business environment. Furthermore, Gonzaga's MBA & MAcc faculty and staff are committed to students' success, personally and professionally. Our programs are designed to transform students into innovative leaders in today's dynamic business environment.

The Graduate School of Business (GSB) offers four Masters degrees and numerous areas of concentration, creating more curriculum options than any program in the Pacific Northwest. The Masters of Business Administration offers seven concentrations including: accounting, entrepreneurship, ethics, finance, marketing, sports management, and supply chain management. We also offer an MBA of Choice (General MBA) , which allows students the ability to design a more comprehensive, individualized curriculum. In June of 2007, the MBA in Healthcare Management program was launched. The curriculum for the program consists of approximately 50% regular MBA courses and 50% healthcare-specific courses. Additionally, the GSB offers a Masters of Accountancy program with an emphasis in either professional accounting or tax. Finally, the GSB offers the MBA in American Indian Entrepreneurship program.
