OPEN POSITION
Full-time, non-tenure-track, one year position as Assistant Professor or Lecturer, beginning fall, 2008.
AOS:Open. AOC: Open. Gonzaga is a humanistic, Jesuit, and Catholic institution that requires all undergraduates to take, in sequence,
Critical Thinking (PHIL 101), Philosophy of Human Nature (PHIL 201), Ethics (PHIL 301), and a 400-level elective. Applicants should be
prepared for and interested in teaching some combination of these courses, 4-4 teaching load per year, usually with two preparations per
semester. Evidence of teaching ability and experience is important. Applicants should also address their commitment to the University
Mission, which can be found at the University website www.gonzaga.edu. Ph.D. is preferred, but ABDs welcome to apply. AA/EOE. Women and
