Orientation

A complete two-day orientation program is provided for all new ESL students. The program includes language testing, escorted trips to open a bank account, assistance with getting a campus mailbox, guided tours of Spokane, shopping trips, welcome parties and introductory lectures dealing with American culture, campus safety and academic issues. A very important part of Gonzaga's ELC is helping international students become accustomed to life in the United States. Undergraduate and graduate students participate in the orientation activities of the larger university; however, we provide the specific information and resources required for international students.
