Brief Biography
Ashish teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He received his B.E in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A. in Marketing Management from University of Pune, India, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Manufacturing Management from the University of Toledo (Ohio). He is certified in production and inventory management by APICS. His research interests include supply chain management and information systems issues in operations. His research has appeared in refereed journals such as Journal of Applied Business Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, International Journal of Business Strategy, Review of Business Information Systems, and Review of Business Research. Prior to his academic position, his industry experience includes manufacturing management, and supply chain and logistics management in multi-national firms.
