Accommodations

This summer, Institute students will be housed at the University's Dussault Apartments.

The Dussault Apartment community, located on the west side of campus, are reserved primarily for second year residents and above. This larger apartment community is composed of individual apartments, each with two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and a central living room area with either a balcony or a patio. All units include living room furnishings (chair, loveseat, kitchen table with chairs), bedroom furniture (desk, bed, dresser, wardrobe), a kitchen stove and refrigerator, cable TV, and data port jacks. This facility, like most of our facilities, is not air conditioned.

Each apartment unit is designed to accommodate up to four students. Thus, many of the features of each unit, such as compartments for food storage or the placement of outlets, have been designed around this principle. Each bedroom has its own phone line and bedroom door lock for added security and privacy. We offer only double bedrooms at this time. A double is defined as sharing a bedroom with one other individual, as well as sharing the common areas of the apartment with the resident(s) of the other bedroom.
